These terms govern your use of the email service at 588.city operated by 588 Mail.

Independent service. 588 Mail is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any other mail provider.

1. The service

588 Mail provides domain-based email hosting and webmail. Transport, storage and the webmail client run on third-party infrastructure. Features and quotas may change.

2. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts may only be used by the person or organisation they were issued to.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk mail or spam, distribute malware or phishing, impersonate others, break the law, probe or overload the service, or resell access without permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your messages. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, transmit and display them in order to run the service.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as available". Maintenance, supplier outages or filtering may affect delivery. No service level is promised unless agreed in writing.

6. Fees

Paid plans renew for the stated term unless cancelled. Non-renewal may lead to suspension and eventual deletion of mail and mailboxes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or risk to the service or other users.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost data, revenue or profits.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
